As the area's largest hospital-independent heart practice since 2002, FCCI works with a long list of insurers, and the Palatka front desk handles these questions every day.

Why outpatient care can cost less

FCCI was the first in the region to offer catheterization procedures in an outpatient setting, with the goal of reducing out-of-pocket costs for patients. Many tests are also done right in the office. FCCI holds seven accreditations in cardiovascular health and aims to deliver this care at lower out-of-pocket cost.

Your actual cost depends on your plan, your deductible and the care you need. We do not list prices here, because they vary. The front desk can walk you through it.

Outpatient care is not right for every case. If you need a hospital stay at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital, FCCI physicians cover there around the clock, and the hospital bills that stay separately.

No insurance?

FCCI has a self-pay fee schedule. Call 386.325.2836 and ask about self-pay pricing for your visit or test. You can also pay your bill online through FCCI's online bill payment center.

Cost questions are easiest by phone. Call 386.325.2836, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you use the online request form, skip any medical or insurance details and share them on the call.

Self-pay patients are welcome at 205 Zeagler Drive, Suite 101 in Palatka. Call 386.325.2836 on a weekday and ask about the self-pay fee schedule before you book.

FCCI built its outpatient model, starting with the region's first freestanding cath lab in 2007 and the Palatka lab in 2016, partly to keep costs lower for patients.
